The Century House in South Pasadena was built in 1888 and is one of the few original wooden houses still standing in South Pasadena. Considered the city’s first duplex, its historic architecture has been recognized as local heritage. The house gained international notoriety when it appeared in the classic horror film Halloween (1978) as the location where Michael Myers commits his first murder. Today, it is a landmark for film buffs and architecture lovers.
The Century House was originally located at 707 Meridian Avenue, South Pasadena. This wooden house, considered the city’s first duplex, is one of the few Victorian structures that have survived the passage of time.
In the 1980s, the house was threatened with demolition due to urban development projects. However, thanks to historical preservation efforts, it was physically moved to a new location at 1000 Mission Street, just a few meters from its original site. Today, it is preserved as a local landmark, recognized for its architectural and cultural value, and continues to attract film and history enthusiasts.

Scale models printed from digital STL files may contain small parts that must be assembled with glue. Therefore, these scale models are not suitable for children under 14 years of age.
The Century House rose to international fame thanks to the movie Halloween (1978), where it appears as Michael Myers’ house.
