How to find a majestic and disturbing building, suitable for this gothic horror novel…?
—I checked my list of houses, but none seemed appropriate, some were made of wood, others were too modern or with unsuitable styles… Looking for inspiration on the internet I found a wonderful building: The Woodruff-Fontaine home Museum. A tall and imposing 19th century Victorian house that I fell in love with. After gathering all the existing graphic documentation of the house I decided to design it as close to reality as possible.—
The Woodruff-Fontaine house is included in the National Register of Historic Places under the title “Lee and Fontaine Houses of the James Lee Memorial”. The Woodruff-Fontaine House was designed by architects Edward Culliatt Jones and Matthias H. Baldwin. Completed in 1871 on Adams Avenue, which was once known as “Millionaire’s Row” in Memphis, Tennessee.

This Product Kit is a set of digital STL files, not physical models.
You need to have a 3D printer.

- Building without interiors: floors without interior partitions to be able to place many gaming. It is the same as the Complete Building Kit without the wall pieces that divide the rooms.

Scale models printed from digital STL files may contain small parts that must be assembled with glue. Therefore, these scale models are not suitable for children under 14 years of age.
Downloadable STL digital models in scales:
- 20mm (scale 1/72)
- 28mm (scale 1/56)
You can scale the files to the size you need. STL files are prepared for print without supports for FDM printers.
