The Motel🔪
The Motel🔪 is a collection of buildings, terrain and miniatures as 3D printable files for resin and FDM printing.
All of the buildings, scenery and miniatures in this campaign are designed for tabletop roleplaying games, fantasy games, skirmish games, railroad modeling or for use with your terrain and diorama projects.
- The collection is divided into five main parts, with a total of 193 pieces.
- Highly detailed sculpted Interiors and Exteriors.
- Adjustable scale to support all game needs, tested in 28mm and 15mm. Standard file set at 28mm for 100% printing.
- Some parts are joined with the OpenLOCK system. Alignment pegs and holes in all required parts. Some small parts must be joined with glue.
- Buildings and terrain have been prepared for printing on an FDM filament printer without supports. All doors open and close, just like in the House.
- Easy to print, no piece is longer than 18 cm.

- The characters will be optimally printed on a resin printer such as Anycubic Photon or Elegoo Mars, for example. They will be delivered with and without supports.

Amityville, the Devil’s House 💀 -The History-

The Amityville House is a famous and haunting residence located in Amityville, New York. The DeFeo family, consisting of Ronald DeFeo Sr., Louise DeFeo, and their four children, was a seemingly ordinary family living in this house in the early 1970s. However, their lives took a tragic turn on the night of November 13, 1974.
Ronald DeFeo Jr., the eldest son of the family, committed a heinous crime that shocked the community. That night, at 3:15 a.m., Butch DeFeo Jr. armed himself with a .35 Marlin rifle and murdered his entire family as they slept in their beds.
After the murders, Ronald DeFeo Jr. claimed that he was compelled to commit the crimes by mysterious voices he heard in the house. He alleged that the voices belonged to evil spirits that inhabited the house and ordered him to kill. DeFeo’s defense attorney used this allegation to defend his insanity during the trial.
A year after the DeFeo family tragedy, the Lutz family moved into the Amityville Murder House. George and Kathy Lutz, along with Kathy’s three children from a previous marriage, experienced disturbing and frightening occurrences during their 28-day stay at the house.
Paranormal phenomena such as strange smells, disembodied voices, levitating objects and eerie changes in the appearance of the house occurred. One priest witnessed a swarm of flies on his face in the middle of winter and even suffered physical injuries. These incidents formed the basis of the bestseller “The Amityville Horror,” written by Jay Anson.
Their story became the basis for numerous books and movies. The Amityville House continues to be the subject of fascination and speculation, and captivates those intrigued by the supernatural.
Its story has been engraved in the history of popular culture and the building has become a worldwide icon of the horror genre.
Now all fans of the world of miniatures have at their disposal this legendary house and its main characters with the new miniatures kit from ilustralia:

Abandoned Building Kit: The Strange Claremont House
I would like to share with you new pictures of the abandoned Claremont House, this part of the kit was the last one to be designed and I didn’t have time to take all the pieces out during the Kickstarter campaign.

A strange house with a great story
The Strange Claremont House

Since I saw the first images of this House I was captivated: both the imposing exterior and its interior details of great beauty have led me to design it as a complete miniature kit with its parts prepared for FDM 3D printers, in usual scales such as 20mm or 28mm. I hope you like it as much as I do, its strange elegance has me spellbound.
Witness of time
The Claremont House is an impressive family residence that was built in 1882 by Colonel Hamilton Yancey in Rome, Georgia.

The building remains intact today in the historic district of East Rome, and has always attracted the attention of visitors to nearby downtown Rome for its elaborate Second Empire-style Victorian architecture and personal mansard roof supported by its distinctive corbels. One of Georgia’s great historic buildings.

The family home built by Colonel Yancey became known as the Claremont House, and has long been an exclusive bed & breakfast in the Rome area.
In 2008 it became the setting for the film Dance of the Dead (directed by Gregg Bishop). A terrifying teen/zombie movie with large doses of humor.
A strange change of destiny
In 2021 something happened that was to change its destiny: The Victorian look and its elevated location on the grassy hills were perfect for Chris Trujillo, in charge of the production design of the famous series Stranger Things, to approach the new owners of the house and propose to them that it would form the main stage of the Netflix series; this home is what the creators were looking for, a house with vertical architecture and a gigantic attic on the third floor.
The Claremont House became the central axis of season 4 premiered in 2022, highlighting in episode 4×04 where Victor Creel tells the story of what happened to his family after moving to this residence: “Chapter Four: Dear Billy”
After the immense success of Stranger Things 4, in 2022 the property was again for sale on the real estate portal Toles, Temple & Wright, Inc It was recently acquired by its current owners for the figure of $1,600,000. A price at the height of a new icon of popular culture, forever converted into a global symbol of the horror genre.
At present it is impossible to show all the references to this building that exist on the internet… if you want to spend an entertaining time you only have to search “Claremont House“ in Google, the result is overwhelming.
